Bush's guide to popularity

This week, Gallop reported that Bush's popularity had reached a low of somewhere in the mid-30s. After everything thats happened in Iraq and in New Orleans - how can one third of the population still support him? What will it take to get the rest of America to see the light? A friend and I figured out the scenario that would be necessary in order to futher reduce Bush's popularity: Bush would need to release Saddam from custody and clear him of any charges, move to Massachusetts, divorce Laura, marry Saddam, impegnate Saddam, perform a partial birth abortion on Saddam, and then reinstate the death taxes. Then, we might see W's popularity drop by another 3 points. But if he then made a sex tape of him and Hussien, he could make all that up in less than a week.
